2. User File Processing (Conversion Service)

The core of our service consists of converting game files. This processing involves uploading data to our servers.

Nature of Collected Data

To perform the conversion, you transmit the following to us:

• Input files: Files in .schematic format (or other supported formats).

• Output files: Generated files in .prefab format.

Purpose and Legal Basis

• Purpose: Temporary storage is technically necessary to execute the conversion script and generate the download link for the .prefab file.

• Legal Basis: Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). By using the upload button, you request the execution of a technical service that we provide.

Retention Period (24 Hours)

We apply a strict and minimal retention policy:

• Your files (original schematics and converted prefabs) are stored on our servers for a period of 24 hours.

• This delay ensures you have enough time to download your converted file, even in the event of network instability.

• After 24 hours, files are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems by an automated script.

File Confidentiality

We do not view or analyze the visual or technical content of your .schematic files. They are not shared with third parties, not used to train AI models, and not sold. They are used solely for the requested conversion operation.

3. Use of Cookies

In addition to the files you upload, the site uses cookies for its operation and analytics.

2. Right to erasure (Files): As your .schematic and .prefab files are automatically deleted within 24 hours, this right is exercised by default. If you wish for immediate deletion before the 24 hours, please contact us (though the processing time for the request may exceed the file’s lifespan).

3. Right of access (Analytics Data): Since we do not store your civil identity (no user account, no email), exercising this right regarding Google Analytics data requires you to provide us with your Cookie ID (Client ID).
